These days I work closely with founders at the earliest stages of building, the part where the idea is real but the shape of it isn't yet. I help them figure out what they're actually making, get it in front of people, and turn early momentum into something worth growing.
I got here after working across product, design, and brand in all kinds of environments. Small teams, acquired startups, larger public companies. The scale changed but the lesson didn't. What gets decided early tends to stick. Most teams only feel that gravity later.
That's why I keep coming back to this stage. It's where the work feels most honest. The direction isn't locked. The bar can still move. And if you get it right early, you give the product a real chance of becoming something special.
